The Alternative Dispute Resolution Year in Review,
an annual summary of legal developments in ADR.

About the Presenters:
Jim Madison is a full-time mediator/arbitrator specializing in construction,
employment, technology, real property, sports, financing, and other
commercial cases. Jim is Past President of the California Dispute
Resolution Council and a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators.
Paul Dubow is a full-time arbitrator and mediator practicing in San Francisco
with emphasis on securities, employment, insurance, franchise, and
commercial law matters. He is past president and co-
founder of the Mediation Society of San Francisco; a past president of the
California Dispute Resolution
Council; and a fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators.
